SUBSCRIPTION FAQ’s

You will receive 2 emails:

• 1 email from our website confirming your order has been placed (this will include an order number for this initial order)
• 1 email from our subscription service entitled “Your new tea.o.graphy subscription!”  This email will provide a link to access and manage your subscription.  Please allow up to 24 hours for this email to arrive.

• With the delivery of your very first subscription order, you will receive a complimentary 5 oz tea tin!
• Colors of the tin may vary.  We are not able to take color requests at this time.
• A 5 oz tea tin will hold on average around 1-2 oz of tea depending on the density of the tea and ingredients.
• This offer only extends to the first subscription, regardless of how many teas or volume of tea is in your order.  If you choose to add more teas to your subscription in the future, this offer does not extend to the newly added tea/s.
• However, we do offer a discount code exclusive to our tea subscribers for tea tins (all sizes) available for purchase on our website.  This discount code will be included in your first email entitled:  "Your new tea.o.graphy subscription"

• Yes!  We love sharing the tea love, so please feel free to give the gift of a tea subscription to any tea lovers in your life
• We highly recommend that you input your email address as the email for subscription services.  This subscription service is ongoing until it is canceled.  
• By adding your email as the primary subscription email, you will receive updates to when your credit will be charged, price changes, AND you have the ability to cancel the service as you wish!

Your monthly orders will be processed on the 1 month anniversary of your original purchase date.It may take up to 3-5 business days to ship from the processing date.

Yes! Once your order ships you will receive an email that includes your tracking number.

• If you have not created an account - not to worry!  From the “Your new tea.o.graphy subscription!” email with your first subscription (and all subsequent subscription notification emails) simply click the button to “manage subscription.”  
• From here you can make adjustments to skip, pause, cancel and more! 

• We highly recommend creating an account to easily log in to our website and access your account info - like subscriptions!  
• If you have not created an account - not to worry!  From the “Your new tea.o.graphy subscription!” email with your first subscription (and all subsequent subscription notification emails) simply click the button to “manage subscription.”  
• From here you can make changes to your payment method.

• We highly recommend creating an account to easily log in to our website and access your account info - like subscriptions!  
• If you have not created an account - not to worry! From the “Your new tea.o.graphy subscription!” email with your first subscription (and all subsequent subscription notification emails) simply click the button to “manage subscription”. 
• From here you can add a one-time purchase or even another subscription!

Subscriptions may be refunded in the month that they were processed. However, we are unable to refund several months of history. If you have questions or concerns regarding this policy please feel free to reach out!

• Yes! Discount codes can be applied to your subscription.*  Simply log in or access “manage subscription” from almost any subscription email to apply the discount code.
• *Please note that discount codes will only be available if the discount timeline falls within your subscription being processed.

As much as we loved our former “Tea of the Month” Membership, we have since discontinued this program. However, this opened the door for a new program with Subscription services. Subscriptions is a different service than what we offered with memberships. It is a service for all of our T-O.G.’s who know what they love and how much they love each month! ;)

We are unable to ship subscriptions internationally at this time. Currently, subscription services are available only to ship within the US (including HI and AK).
