We dedicate much care and attention to each and every order. Because our teas and items are hand-packaged to order, you can be assured that you are receiving the most fresh, flavorful and quality teas and products. Please refer to the following processing times & info for your order.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Due to the handcrafted quality of our product, please note that it can take up to 7-10 business days to process your order before shipment.
We strive to produce and process orders much faster, yet, this also allows for a healthy buffer for the unexpected and/or busier times of the year.
During the winter holiday season + new year (November 1 - January 1), in the weeks before Valentine’s Day and mother’s day, and during the release of new or special products/releases - orders can take up to 10 business days for processing prior to shipping.
Shipments originate from Taos, NM. Transit times may vary depending on where the packages are being delivered.
Typically shipping times can take up to 3-5 business days.
However, we buffer in up to 7 business days to buffer for the unexpected and/or busier times of the year.
Please keep in mind that orders placed after 12 pm MST on Friday may not process or ship until the following week as tea.o.graphy’s production studio is not operational during the weekend. Order before then to receive your order sooner!
Once your order has been placed, you should receive an automatically generated email with an order confirmation.
Once your order has been fully processed and has been prepared to ship (possibly 7-10 business days from order date), you will receive an automatically generated email with your shipment details and tracking number.
Tea.o.graphy cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit. When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number.
Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance for your package, we would be happy to do so! Insurance up to $50 is automatically included in USPS Priority Mail shipments.
If you are ordering from outside of the US, you may contact us with your order details and we will be happy to prepare a custom shipping quote.
For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as tea.o.graphy cannot be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. We are not able to mark international items as "gifts", as this is illegal. Thank you for your understanding!
