COVID19 PROCESSING TIMES

Due to Covid19 and a higher demand for the healthful properties in tea, our turnaround time is currently up to 7-14 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays).
Shipments originate from Taos, NM. Transit times may vary depending on where the packages are being delivered. Typically shipping times can take up 7 business days around the busiest holiday seasons.
Please keep in mind that orders placed after 12 pm MST on Friday will not process or ship until the following week as tea.o.graphy is not open during the weekend.
Once your order has been placed, you should receive an automatically generated email with an order confirmation.
Once your order has been fully processed and has been prepared to ship (possibly 7-14 business days from order date), you will receive an automatically generated email with your shipment details and tracking number.

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL RELEASE PROCESSING TIMES

During the winter holiday season + new year (November 1 - January 1), in the weeks before Valentine’s Day and mother’s day, and during the release of new or special products/releases - orders can take up to 14 business days for processing prior to shipping.
Shipments originate from Taos, NM. Transit times may vary depending on where the packages are being delivered. Typically shipping times can take up 7 business days around the busiest holiday seasons.

We're happy when you're happy! Should you have any problems with your order or a product you have received, do not hesitate to contact us right away so that we may remedy the situation. Please note that custom, wholesale, and orders over $500 are nonrefundable but may be eligible for a credit.

Need extra shipping insurance?

Tea.o.graphy cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit. When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number. Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance for your package, we would be happy to do so! Insurance up to $50 is automatically included in USPS Priority Mail shipments.

Shipping outside the USA

If you are ordering from outside of the US, you may contact us with your order details and we will be happy to prepare a custom shipping quote. For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as tea.o.graphy cannot be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. We are not able to mark international items as "gifts", as this is illegal. Thank you for your understanding!

Flowerfetti

These dried edible flowers are nature's sprinkles! Fresh from Loria's organic home garden and local organic farms, each flower is hand picked, dried and separated.

Flowerfetii is perfect and fun to sprinkle onto cakes, cheese, soups, dips, salads, and ice cream. We also recommend infusing into hot water and drinking as a tea.

Each 4oz glass jar contains 1/2 cup of packed edible flowers + herbs.

These edible flower sprinkles will stay vibrant for up to 1 year as long as you keep them in their sealed jar and out of direct sunlight. Please note that bright colors may fade with time as we do not use any preservatives.

Blue Butterfly Pea Sugar Cubes

Sweeten up your life with these signature handmade organic, floral sugar cubes!

Naturally vibrant blue via butterfly blue pea flowers and sprinkled with blue bachelor button petals. These are delicious dropped into a cocktail, mocktail, coffee or tea. They sparkle in the sun and best of all, these blue gems turn purple and even bright pink with lemon or lime juice acid. Super fun for making lemonade that changes colors from blue to pink before our eyes.

Jars stay fresh for up to 1 year. Each 8 oz. jar contains 45-50 cubes.

INGREDIENTS: organic cane sugar, organic butterfly blue pea flowers, organic bachelor button petals.
