TEA STORAGE TIPS:

Tea is best stored in an opaque, airtight container - just like this tea tin!
Store away from direct sunlight and/or heat.
Keep your storage tin DRY. If washing or rinsing out, make sure your tin is thoroughly dry before storing tea inside. Introducing moisture to your tea during storage can create mold and other pathogens.
Store your tea leaves at room temperature. NEVER refrigerate or freeze your loose leaf tea (until it is steeped).
If stored properly, tea can preserve its freshness for a very long time - up to 12 months or more!
Please note that heavily scented teas will tend to scent your tin and can impart their flavor to any new tea you may use this tin for.

How long will the order take to process?

Due to the handcrafted quality of our product, please note that it can take up to 7-10 business days to process your order before shipment.

We strive to produce and process orders much faster, yet, this also allows for a healthy buffer for the unexpected and/or busier times of the year.

During the winter holiday season + new year (November 1 - January 1), in the weeks before Valentine’s Day and mother’s day, and during the release of new or special products/releases - orders can take up to 10 business days for processing prior to shipping.

How long will the order take to ship after processing?

Shipments originate from Taos, NM. Transit times may vary depending on where the packages are being delivered.

Typically shipping times can take up to 3-5 business days.

However, we buffer in up to 7 business days to buffer for the unexpected and/or busier times of the year.

When is it best to place my order?

Please keep in mind that orders placed after 12 pm MST on Friday may not process or ship until the following week as tea.o.graphy’s production studio is not operational during the weekend. Order before then to receive your order sooner!
