We dedicate much care and attention to each and every order. Because our teas and items are hand-packaged to order, you can be assured that you are receiving the most fresh, flavorful and quality teas and products. Please refer to the following processing times for your order.

COVID19 PROCESSING TIMES

 

  • Due to Covid19 and a higher demand for the healthful properties in tea, our turnaround time is currently up to 7-14 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays).
  • Shipments originate from Taos, NM. Transit times may vary depending on where the packages are being delivered. Typically shipping times can take up 7 business days around the busiest holiday seasons.
  • Please keep in mind that orders placed after 12 pm MST on Friday will not process or ship until the following week as tea.o.graphy is not open during the weekend.
  • Once your order has been placed, you should receive an automatically generated email with an order confirmation.
  • Once your order has been fully processed and has been prepared to ship (possibly 7-14 business days from order date), you will receive an automatically generated email with your shipment details and tracking number.
  • Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response at this time.

  • Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
  • Shipments originate from Taos, NM. Transit times may vary depending on where the packages are being delivered. Typically shipping times can take up 3-5 business days.
  • Please keep in mind that orders placed after 12 pm MST on Friday will not process or ship until the following week as tea.o.graphy is not open during the weekend.

 

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL RELEASE PROCESSING TIMES

 

  • During the winter holiday season + new year (November 1 - January 1), in the weeks before Valentine’s Day and mother’s day, and during the release of new or special products/releases - orders can take up to 14 business days for processing prior to shipping.
  • Shipments originate from Taos, NM. Transit times may vary depending on where the packages are being delivered. Typically shipping times can take up 7 business days around the busiest holiday seasons.
  • Please keep in mind that orders placed after 12 pm MST on Friday will not process or ship until the following week as tea.o.graphy is not open during the weekend.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We're happy when you're happy! Should you have any problems with your order or a product you have received, do not hesitate to contact us right away so that we may remedy the situation. Please note that custom, wholesale, and orders over $500 are nonrefundable but may be eligible for a credit.

Need a packing slip with your order? Please ask. 

In an effort to save paper, we will not send you a packing slip with your order. If you need one, please be sure to leave a note at check out and we will be happy to include one.

Need extra shipping insurance?

Tea.o.graphy cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit. When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number. Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance for your package, we would be happy to do so! Insurance up to $50 is automatically included in USPS Priority Mail shipments.

Shipping outside the USA

If you are ordering from outside of the US, you may contact us with your order details and we will be happy to prepare a custom shipping quote. For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as tea.o.graphy cannot be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. We are not able to mark international items as "gifts", as this is illegal. Thank you for your understanding!
